1. Since this is the only opportunity to get our flat, association has involved and engaged all stakeholders and authorities to help in construction
2. For achieving this the association should work to increase participation of all buyers. our project I.e. Verona height has 24 towers, Tower A to Z, except tower I and O. Nearly 5000 buyers are alone from our project. But approx. half of them are connected with us. So for better result all buyers have to come under a single platform like Twitter. 3. All buyers are requested to go through payment schedule by NBCC, MoU signed by Court Receiver with most of the banks & Payment method on UCO bank portal
4. This is the last opportunity for us under the guidance of Hon'ble SC. We have to be realistic and support all stakeholders so that we can get our flat in timely manner.
