Buyers meet at project site

Dear friends, a meeting of buyers of Amrapali Verona heights was held at project site today I.e. 19.08.2018. Association wants to thank all those who spare their valuable time for the meet and fruitful discussions. Various agenda items were discussed in detail. Major points are as follows:

I) All the participants were briefed about the present status of the legal proceedings initiated against Amrapali by association (in Supreme court as well as in NCDRC).

Ii) The project status covering unsold inventory data available with association were also shared with buyers.

Iii) Procedure of joining membership of the association was described in detail. Association urged the buyers (non-member) to join the association as it will strengthen the Association which in turn help in raising our voice.

IV) All buyers were requested to keep their documentary evidence like BBA, payment receipts and communications made with Amrapali etc in readiness so that it may be provided as and when need arises.
V) Association requested new members to come forward and help/volunteers for day-to-day requirements/activities to be done.

Vi) Option for flat/refund was discussed and it was agreed that opinion of all buyers would be taken at suitable time, if required.

Vii) The present scenario of having NBCC in picture was discussed and found very promising, however, other issues related to delay penalty, quality / structural stability, etc would also be required to be taken care of in due course once the picture clears.

Viii) Opinion would also be sought, in case of Court asking for making further payments by buyers.

IX) Next meeting would be called upon after hearing on 04.09.2018 as per NBCC's submission.
