Has helped Jaypee Kalypso buyers win against the builder in record time. Builder was directed to pay a delay penalty of 12% per annum. This is the first case in recent times for group of buyers where judgment has been pronounced within 15 months of submission.

He is also the lawyer for case in NCDRC filed by Verona heights flat buyers Association.

1. Shri Sethi advised us to continue with NCDRC case and appeal in Supreme Court after the judgement of NCDRC.
2. Implede with running case against Amrapali in Supreme Court individually by buyers and become the part of big and complex case of Amrapali.
3. Appeal in Supreme Court with a prayer to instruct NCDRC to give its judgement within 3-4 months.

Members Eligibility Criteria:

The membership of the society is open to any person of repute & good conduct who has attained the age of maturity and having a commercial/non-commercial flat/shops/Units in any form in his/her name or his/her spouse name in the project Amrapali Verona Heights & fulfills the terms & conditions of the society without discrimination of religion, caste, colour or creed but subject to the approval of the Governing Body.

New Membership Fee (on or from 10-Feb 2018 onward): Governing body also has waived off annual renewal charges of membership and joining fee to reach maximum buyers. Anyone can join association by paying only Rs.100.

(The amount of Registration and Annual Membership fees may vary as decided by Governing Body from time to time.)

Payment Procedure:

2. Please submit the Hard copy of the duly completed membership form to the registered address of the association (Mukesh Prasad Singh, General Secretary, Amrapali Verona Heights Flat Buyers Welfare Association, 15A/9, SF, Block-E, Khanpur Extension. Delhi – 110062 by post or in person.

3. Pay the Requisite fee of Rs. 100 (The amount of Registration and Annual Membership fees may vary as decided by Governing Body from time to time) can be paid by way of online transfer mode only to the following Bank Account of the Association :-

In order for processing the membership process faster, please read this carefully and update google form again (use Edit option in google form):
A. If payment is made via NEFT, however you have not updated the account holder name from where payment is made in google form https://goo.gl/forms/KngMKdhvEnk7UijH2
B. If payment is made via IMPS/ UPI then you have not updated the correct reference number starting with 8 (for payment made in 2018) or 7 (for payment made in 2017) in google form https://goo.gl/forms/KngMKdhvEnk7UijH2 .
