Common best practices & guidelines

1. Even after meeting all necessary requirements as per bank, you are not getting proper support from branch, you must refer this page for submitting your Grievance: https://financialservices.gov.in/about-us/public-grievances-redressal-me... (few links may not work, so use bank’s website for latest updates)

3. Physical visit is always recommended with banks, so if you are interacting only via emails, you may not get response.
4. Always take receiving when submitting documents to bank & also send them in an email to branch manager email id which you can get from bank’s website or contact in tower groups
5. If bank officials are saying anything which is unwanted or unclear then push them to send the same in writing via email or handwritten stamped
6. Complete KYC & signed documents by both borrower & co-borrower, if any
7. Give application for changing to current rate of interest for home loan by paying shifting charges
